School Events Millennium Art Exhibition 2000     On Monday 10th April from 4.30 until 6.00 the school held an Art Exhibition in the Junior Hall to comemmorate the Millennium. All the classes contributed art work on the theme of the development of Western art styles throughout history. The event was organised by Mrs Godfrey and was attended by a number of visitors and the local newspapers. The exhibition ran for three days across two parents' evenings, and was visited by all the children.   Abstract, collage and computer modified art by Year 6     Impressionism and illuminated lettering by Year 5     Stained glass and Roman art by Years 3 and 4     Cave painting and Renaissance art by Years 1 and 2     Action painting by the Nursery
