		The Junior Production 1997: The Mikado
		This year our school production was The Mikado. I played the part of Pish-Tush, he is a sort of servant to the Mikado (the Emperor of Japan). The first time I did the play as I was singing my solo my voice wavered and I stopped singing for a few seconds. It was very hot and stuffy in the hall with the spotlights on and I was hot even though I only had cotton trousers and a thin cotton robe.
